What is bladder leakage?
Bladder leakage – or urinary incontinence – is when urine escapes involuntarily. It's not a disease, but a symptom of an underlying condition that can often be managed. It's more common than most people realise, particularly in adults over 45.
Is So Sure suitable for both men and women?

Can I use a regular sanitary pad instead?
Regular sanitary pads aren't built to absorb urine – they're designed for menstrual flow, which is different in volume and composition. So Sure's super absorbent layer is specifically engineered to lock in urine and control its odour.
How often should I change my pad?
We recommend changing your pad before it becomes saturated – ideally every 3 to 4 hours. Wearing a pad too long, whether wet or dry, can irritate skin.
