Simple to wear
How to wear So Sure
Open the packaging and unfold the pad.
Peel off the adhesive backing and press the pad firmly into the centre of your underwear.
Press the elastic bands outward along the sides of the underwear for a secure fit.
Change your pad every 3 to 4 hours, or before it becomes fully saturated.
Dispose of used pads in a bin – not down the toilet.
